Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Stainless steel is highly resistant to rust, however, it may rust if left in humid conditions for extended periods of time.

  • Rainbow tinting is a result of stainless steel reacting to high heat and air, causing the oxidised top layer to thicken. This is not harmful and can be easily removed using diluted vinegar.

  • Stainless steel can turn brown when constantly exposed to high heat or when oil is poured to a cold pan before heating. Browning doesn’t affect the pan’s performance and can be removed using a stainless steel cleaning product.

  • Yes, you may use a dishwasher.
    However, the items cannot be used in a oven or microwave.

    We will exchange your item if:

    • You received a colour different to the one on your original order. (Note: We will not offer returns or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind after receiving the item)

    • The item was damaged by the customer after receipt. (Not including damage to packaging while opening item.)

    Shipping Returns

    • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address :N13 161 Arthur St, Homebush West NSW 2140

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Shipping is only available within Australia.

    Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
