How long does my order take to ship?

3~5 business days when in stock*

*Preorders may take up to 7 weeks as we will be importing the items from Korea.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only offer shipping within Australia.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Yes - you can select the β€˜pick up’ option at check out! Pick up is free and we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Refunds / Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

  • We will offer an exchange if you received a colour different to the colour you initially ordered.

The following are NOT eligible for Refunds / Exchanges:

  • If the item was damaged by you after receipt. (Not including damage to packaging while opening item upon receipt)

  • We will not offer returns or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind after receiving the item.

Shipping Returns

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: N13 161 Arthur St, Homebush West NSW 2140

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.may vary.
