How long does my order take to ship?
3~5 business days when in stock*
*Preorders may take up to 7 weeks as we will be importing the items from Korea.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only offer shipping within Australia.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
Yes - you can select the βpick upβ option at check out! Pick up is free and we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up.

Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Refunds / Exchanges:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
We will offer an exchange if you received a colour different to the colour you initially ordered.
The following are NOT eligible for Refunds / Exchanges:
If the item was damaged by you after receipt. (Not including damage to packaging while opening item upon receipt)
We will not offer returns or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind after receiving the item.
Shipping Returns
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: N13 161 Arthur St, Homebush West NSW 2140
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.may vary.
